By using the app or the site, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Comparison and application submission: we centralize offers and forward your application to the partners you choose.

Security verification: an informational tool that estimates costs/APR and risks; it is not financial advice.

Service changes: we may modify or interrupt features at any time.

3. Your account and obligations

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for your use of the app.

4. Prohibitions

It is prohibited to: use the service illegally or for fraud; impersonate someone; manipulate offers; perform mass scraping or attempt to breach security; unauthorized reverse engineering.

5. Relationship with partners

The terms (fees, commissions, deadlines) are set by each partner/lender. Always read the contract before signing. {Company} is not a party to those contracts nor guarantees approval.

6. Costs and availability

Basic use of the app may be free; if any feature is paid, the price will be disclosed before use. The availability of offers depends on the partners.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions based on information from third parties. Nothing limits liability for willful misconduct or what the law prohibits limiting.

8. Intellectual property

The app, the site, and its content belong to {Company} or its licensors. A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for personal use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts for non-compliance. You can request the deletion of your account at any time (see Privacy Policy for data).

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

4. Who we share with

Only with partners selected by you to evaluate your application and with providers (hosting, analytics, support) under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data.

5. International transfers

If data is transferred outside your country/EEA, we apply safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) as required by law.

6. Retention periods

We keep data as long as you have an account or as necessary for the stated purposes and for legal periods (claims, tax). We then anonymize or securely delete it.

7. Your rights
